This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff here are so friendly and helpful, making my stay here a joy. The apartment that I stayed in was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. It was spacious, clean, and had everything that I needed. The location of this hotel was perfect as it was situated right next to a shopping mall, providing easy access to many shops and restaurants. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered a free airport shuttle service, making my arrival and departure hassle-free.

Pacific Palms Resort in Papamoa is amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The apartments are immaculate, spacious and feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere is laid back and there are no strict rules around the pool. The location is excellent, central to where we wanted to be.

The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed during our stay, and the pool was a warm and enjoyable spot for the kids. The location was convenient, with a McDonald's, two supermarkets, and several shopping centers nearby. We also appreciated the provision of undercover parking for our car.

The accommodations were subpar. The apartment was hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning and shabby, damaged furnishings, particularly the couches which were in terrible condition.

The location of this resort is perfect for beach lovers. It is so close to everything with an awesome-sized apartment, and it has great views of the surroundings. The resort is conveniently located by two shopping complexes and the laundry area. The apartment has a large table for board games and jigsaws. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything a traveler needs.

One downside is that some parts of the resort facilities need some repair and updating.

Incredible apartment for our group of 2 adults and 5 kiddos, just a short walk to the pool and spa. The place was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary equipment. Conveniently located near Papamoa Plaza and supermarkets. Just a minute drive to the beach. The information notice shared great local advice. Weather was perfect, and there were plenty of amenities like tennis courts and a golf course. Friendly locals and retailers made our stay even more enjoyable. The beautiful coastline and safe swimming were a highlight. Easy navigation through streets for walking or cycling. Balcony dining, SKY TV, and ample parking. Absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back.
